Terms & Conditions:

All prices listed on our website do not include shipping & handling charges. All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Upon the placement of your order the total cost will be provided including shipping and handling charges.
All parts sold by Boostn Imports except for street legal/DOT approved parts, are racing parts for off road use only. Federal and many State laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting the vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. Boostn Imports shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor.
Boostn Imports shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part. Boostn Imports will not cover any loss in profit or labor due to errors in shipping, mispackaging, and/or extended delays for backorder items. Boostn Imports shall not be held accountable for any misconception or disappointment associated with any product.
All products sold by Boostn Imports are only subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer warranty will not be honored if the customers mishandling, abuse or faulty installation causes the defect. If a product is deemed faulty, The purchaser will pay for all shipping costs. Boostn Imports will only accept a warranty return if the purchaser supplies a receipt of installment from a licensed automotive engineer. Parts installed by a non licensed automotive engineer will render the warranty claim as void.

Shipping & Returns:
We can ship to any address in Australia. Note that if you are in Brisbane we can in some cases arrange for a free local delivery for large orders, ask us about it.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kilogram
Our standard delivery terms are between 3 -5 business days, however a more accurate shipment estimate is provided on the site when your order is placed. This shipment estimate is then maintained during the life of the order should there be any further updates. The type of freight used is Registered Post which will require customers to sign on arrival of the goods.

Payments:
Boostn Imports accepts all major credit cards, payable through Pay Pal, more information is provided during the order placement process. Direct Bank transfers are also accepted usually taking 1-2 Business days to clear.

Orders will not be processed or shipped until this waiting period is over. Credit card fraud will not be tolerated. All orders paid by credit card must be shipped to the cardholders billing address or verified alternate shipping address. Orders will NOT be shipped if the address provided does not match the records of the credit cardholder’s bank.
